How to Register: 4 Simple Steps to Join KTAC

Many people ask "how do I register?" — and the answer is simpler than you'd expect. No lengthy forms, no formal interview. It all starts with one WhatsApp message.

Here's the full process, step by step.

Contact a KTAC advisor via WhatsApp and share:

• Your name
• The programme you're interested in (or if you're not sure yet, share your field of work/experience)
• A contact number

No documents needed at this stage. This is just the first step for our advisor to understand your needs.

A KTAC advisor will review your age, work experience and existing academic qualifications, then recommend the programme and level (Diploma, Bachelor or Master) that best suits you. If you're not sure which of our 16 programmes to choose, this is where the advisor helps you decide.

Once eligibility is confirmed, you'll receive full fee details — registration fee and monthly fee based on your programme level. If your employer is registered with HRD Corp, the advisor will explain how the levy claim process works. Read more about fees and HRD Corp.

Payment can be made via manual bank transfer or HRD Corp claim, depending on your eligibility.

Once payment is confirmed, you'll receive your official class schedule and be added to your student group. Online classes run every Sunday — Diploma once a month, Bachelor and Master twice a month.

Generally, from Step 1 (sending your details) to receiving your class schedule, the process can be completed within a few working days — depending on response time and payment confirmation. There's no long waiting period like a conventional university admission process.

Do I need to leave my job during registration? No. The entire process can be managed via WhatsApp without disrupting your daily work.
