Many people ask how this programme will impact their career. That's a fair question to ask before investing time and money — so we're answering it honestly, not with empty promises.

What This Programme Is Designed to Do

KTAC's Executive Programme is designed to strengthen your career profile through:

  • Practical knowledge and skills in your chosen field
  • Confidence to take on greater responsibilities
  • A portfolio of continuous learning that demonstrates initiative to employers
  • A network of working adults in the same field

Many graduates apply this knowledge to improve their current job performance, and some go on to receive promotions or new job offers. However, promotions and salary increases depend entirely on individual performance, experience, and each employer's decision — KTAC does not and cannot guarantee the same career outcome for every student.

"Can a Law Diploma Make Me a Lawyer?" — An Honest Answer

This is a real question we're asked often, and it's important to answer accurately: no. KTAC's Diploma and Bachelor in Law (an HRD Corp Claimable programme, not MQA-accredited) do not qualify you to practise as a lawyer in Malaysia. To become a qualified lawyer, you need an MQA-accredited LLB degree, followed by the Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) or a recognised Bar admission pathway.

KTAC's Law programme suits those who want to understand legal fundamentals and policy for administrative, compliance, or corporate support roles — not as a pathway to legal practice. If your goal is to practise law professionally, read about the MQA pathway through our partner institution first.

What About Other Programmes?

The same principle applies to all 16 programmes: they provide practical knowledge and skills for use in your existing career, not a licensed professional qualification (such as lawyer, chartered accountant, etc.) that requires recognition from an official professional body.

If you're unsure whether a specific programme fits your specific career goal (for example, SHO/DOSH requirements for the OSH programme), ask a KTAC advisor before registering — better to know upfront than be disappointed later.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does KTAC guarantee I'll get a job or promotion after completing the programme? No. No education institution can guarantee career outcomes, as this depends on many factors outside a learning programme's control — individual performance, employer decisions, and job market conditions.

So what's the real value of this programme for my career? The real value is practical knowledge, skills, and demonstrated initiative for continuous learning — factors employers typically consider when making promotion decisions, but not the only factor.

Which programme best fits my career goals? This depends on your specific field and goals. Share your career goals with a KTAC advisor for an accurate recommendation.
